Job Summary
We are seeking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Team in Madrid on major Data Centre construction projects:
- Manage overall project cost schedule and budgets.
- Act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
- Analyse track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
- Run and lead client and other required meetings.
- Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data.
- Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction.
- Review requests for payment.
- Record occurrence that might result in a claim - acting on the clients behalf.
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
Qualifications :
- A construction related academic qualification /degree (e.g. construction management civil engineering or architecture).
- A proven track record of delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle with relevant sector experience.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets report writing and presentations.
- Strong and professional communication skills with great organization skills ability to multi-task.
- Must have a team attitude be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required.
- Fluent in Spanish and English language skills.
- Available to work on-site regularly.
