Job Summary
En Inetum España abrimos proceso para incorporar en Madrid un perfil con > 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo java con proactividad y con interés por aprender a hacer integraciones en un producto y con motivación por aprender Genesys Cloud.
Technical skills:
Java Development and Customization
Develop microservices in Java to enhance Genesys Cloud features
Implement connectors and middleware to facilitate data exchange between different
applications and Genesys Cloud.
Automate processes and workflows via specific scripts and applications.
Optimize the performance of developed services and ensure their scalability.
Genesys Cloud Development and Integration
Design develop and configure interaction flows (IVR routing voicebot bots chatbot
emails SMS messaging social network call campaigns email campaigns etc.) on
Genesys Cloud.
Implement and configure ACD strategies queues and call management strategies
across various channels.
Develop and integrate Web Services (REST APIs) to connect Genesys Cloud to the
companys information systems.
Ensure the integration of Genesys Cloud solutions with CRM tools databases etc.
Qualifications :
Modalidad híbrida Madrid 50% un mes y el siguiente full remote. Madrid Rio

Technical Skills
o Genesys Cloud: Development and configuration of flows (Architect) ACD routing
scripting bots reporting.
o API & Web Services: Experience in using and creating REST APIs OAuth2 SSO
JSON.
o Java Development: Experience in Java (Spring Boot is a plus).
o Frontend Development: Proficiency in Angular HTML CSS JavaScript.
o Databases: SQL / NoSQL (PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB) JPA Liquibase.
o DevOps (a plus): CI/CD Docker Kubernetes Helm HVault.
o Cloud Computing: Experience with AWS Azure dMZR be a plus.
o Versioning tools: Git GitHub/GitLab.
Functional Skills
o Good priority management and ability to work independently.
o Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
o Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack development and on
Genesys Cloud would be a plus.
o Languages: English (documentation and exchanges with editor support)
o French would be a plus.
Información adicional :
Modalidad híbrida Madrid 75% remoto. Meses alternos. 50% un mes (3/2 días por semana) y el siguiente full remote. Madrid.
