Job Summary

About the Role

Provide active support to people with Disability in Bunbury within Lifestyle Support settings. The people you will support are looking for passionate support workers who are proactive in providing active support to them in their day-to-day living.

As acasual employee you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community with travel between clients and working short split shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with daily living
  • Shift planning
  • Documenting and progress note keeping
  • Community access and transport (using your own vehicle)

Skills & Experience

  • Cert III in Disability or similar
  • Experience supporting people with disability
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
