Job Summary

Were seeking a Metrologist Group Leader to oversee equipment maintenance qualification and team development in a GMP-regulated lab environment. What Youll Do
- Lead equipment maintenance and qualification activities across lab operations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as a subject matter expert on lab instrumentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams vendors and global quality groups
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance lab efficiency
- Supervise and mentor team members manage workflow and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in physical sciences (e.g. chemistry physics)
- 4 years of lab experience including leadership responsibilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS systems
- Excellent communication organizational and team leadership abilities
- Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis relocation support is available
Additional Information :
- Position is full-time 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed.
- Position is located in downtown Indianapolis IN.
