Job Summary
Fargo Elim a Cassia Community is hiring a Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team! Youll build meaningful connections while working alongside our dedicated clinical team in a welcoming environment where your contributions are truly valued.
As a Nurse (RN or LPN) at Fargo Elim youll provide compassionate high-quality care to residents administer medications and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled and dependable Nurse who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.
Position Type: Full- Time
Hours: 6:30 am to 7:00 pm
Location: 3534 University Drive S Fargo ND 58104
Nurse (RN or LPN) responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Works to coordinate oversee and provide resident-related care.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota is required.
- Prior TCU experience a plus.
- IV certified or in a current course.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
