ABOUT THIS ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE

Youll enjoy a full-time schedule with alternative shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM along with opportunities for overtime and on-call hours. Each day begins at our central location before heading out to job sites.

As our entry-level Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician your day will be dynamic and rewarding. Youll maintain and repair heating cooling and generator systems guiding customers toward confident decisions about their home comfort. With tools in hand youll handle everything from diagnostics to repairs working closely with dispatch managers and the parts team. Youll ensure your truck inventory is up-to-date maintain certifications and take pride in presenting yourself professionally. Through cross-training youll expand your expertise to include tankless water heaters and standby generators ensuring youre ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Heres what we need from you:

Valid drivers license and a clean driving record

Having a mechanical aptitude a willingness to learn and excellent customer service skills would be a plus!
