What Youll Do

As a Procurement Operation Manager youll play a vital role in HPs global supply chain ensuring our air freight operations run smoothly and efficiently. Youll work with teams across the world manage relationships with freight partners and help deliver on our promise of excellence to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee global air freight capacity planning and operational strategy collaborating with factory origin and destination teams.
Manage a network of freight forwarders and charter partners to meet delivery and cost goals.
Monitor and report on air freight delivery and cost KPIs.
Ensure sufficient air capacity through annual RFQs ad hoc charters and spot buys.
Stay ahead of market trends and solutions building strong relationships with carriers and charter companies.
Enable key supply chain initiatives with innovative air freight solutions.
Lead complex supply chain categories developing and executing sourcing strategies that support HPs vision and goals.
Foster effective communication and collaboration across global teams and time zones.
Champion digital fluency and customer-centricity in every aspect of procurement.

What You Bring

Qualifications:

7 years of experience in procurement supply chain logistics or a related field.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Logistics or a related discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Experience working virtually with global teams across different time zones.
Language skills: English required; Chinese and Thai are a plus.
Ability to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Results-oriented agile learner and digitally fluent.

Pay & Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $93400 to $143800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
