Flow Cytometry Technologist

Lighthouse Lab Services is proud to represent a leading healthcare organization in Central Arkansas seeking an experienced Medical Technologist (MT) with a background in flow cytometry. This is a high-priority position created in response to growing patient volume offering an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and established laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret complex laboratory tests with a focus on flow cytometry ensuring accuracy precision and timeliness.

• Maintain calibrate and troubleshoot flow cytometry instruments and related laboratory equipment.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA CAP OSHA etc.) and adhere to all quality control and quality assurance protocols.

• Record analyze and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with pathologists technologists and clinical staff to support patient care.

• Assist in training and mentoring junior technologists or new team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science Medical Technology or a related physical/life science from an accredited institution.

• Completion of an accredited clinical training program and a one-year internship in Medical Technology is required.

• Registered as a Medical Technologist through ASCP NCA or AMT.

• Competency with Becton-Dickinson flow cytometry instrumentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $33$46/hr

• Paid Time Off: 17 days/year

• Holidays: 5 major paid holidays (no PTO deduction)

• 401(k): 2% employer match when employee contributes 8%
