Project Management Intern (Power)

Westwood Professional Services Inc.is seeking a Project Management Intern (Power)to join our this role you will support the business operations market of the Power Delivery division performing administrative coordination to support timely and successful project completion. Westwood has a highly experienced and dynamic team of individuals dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create project reports maintain CRM/ERP/customer database client reporting systems etc.
- Develop work plans and project schedules within Project or P6
- Assist Project Managers with project integration communications and team coordination
- Coordinate meetings documentation and resources
- Perform budget/billing/reporting maintenance and tasks
- Maintain files records and correspondence
Required Experience
- Have a high school diploma or GED and have completed two semesters of continued education in Engineering Business Project Management or a related major
- Working knowledge and ability to independently utilize Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) at minimum intermediate level
- Strong technical writing and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
- Previous power industry experience/education
