Responsibilities

As an Education Program Intern on our Training & Education team youll play a key role in shaping customer success through impactful learning experiences. Youll blend your passion for teaching with a data-informed approach to design and deliver engaging self-paced training content for a global and diverse audience. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners youll create new learning pathways while enhancing existing product education. Youll also get hands-on with one of the most powerful iPaaS platforms on the marketbuilding automations and working closely with customers as part of our training team.

You will also be responsible to:

• Design and develop online learning experiences that align with learning outcomes apply research-based learning principles and inform learner progress and success in the Workato online learning environments including Automation Institute

• Gain domain knowledge to identify and clearly communicate highly complex content and present and refine learning design proposals

• Collaborate with subject matter experts stakeholders and other learning experience designers to identify learning goals and learning outcomes for online learning experiences

• Use eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate TechSmith Camtasia and SkillJar to build online learning experiences that include assessments interactive activities animated videos graphics and images SCORM-compliant modules and text-based content

• Maintain knowledge of new developments in learning science learning design and learning technologies

• Learn about IPaaS technologies to build integrations and automations to assist the team in different projects

• Conduct live training sessions with customers to cover the basics of the Workato platform

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Communications or a related fieldor possess relevant experience in content creation enablement or program/project management

• Able to commit to a full-time 12-month role collaborating effectively across global teams time zones and cultural considerations

• Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills

• Proven experience collaborating with subject matter experts to design online curriculum

• Solid project management skills: able to plan prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion

• Proficient in tools like SmartSheets Jira or similar project management platforms

  Skilled in creating digital learning assets (e.g. simulations animations graphics presentations)

• Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Experience developing training across multiple modalitiesvirtual hands-on instructor-led remote synchronous and asynchronousfor diverse audiences

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

• Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced dynamic environments
