Whats the role about
As a Productivity Team Leader youll guide a small but mighty customer service team to deliver outstanding support to franchisees stores and end customers. Youll be the go-to person for escalations problem-solving and making sure service levels stay top-notch.
Every day will bring something different from helping your team grow and succeed to improving how things are done.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and supporting a team of 8 customer service professionals.
- Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring service targets are met.
- Overseeing the administration of key insurance and service products.
- Building relationships across departments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Holding regular check-ins coaching sessions and team meetings.
- Spotting and leading continuous improvement opportunities.
What were looking for:
- A natural people leader with a positive approachable style.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident with everyday tech (Word Excel PowerPoint email).
- Someone who can juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
- Detail-focused organised and reliable.
- Educated to A-level standard or with 3 years of customer service experience (team leadership experience preferred).
