In the role you will lead and work with cross-functional teams on subsystem architecture component selection design analysis and simulations schematic and layout reviews product and manufacturing support HW/FW bring-up and validation. Additional responsibilities include supporting hardware prototyping and demos spec drafting and data sheet reviews and new silicon development (design reviews bring-up validation/characterization and status tracking).
- BSEE or equivalent
- 3 years overall experience in industry
- Deep understanding of power and audio mixed-signal building blocks (e.g. PMIC DC-DC switching converter LDO charger battery protection speaker amp microphone amplifier filter ADC DAC)
- Deep understanding of integrating digital communication interfaces (e.g. USB SPI I2C SPI SWD)
- Strong analog/mixed-signal analysis (simulations tolerance analysis noise linearity signal-integrity timing etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written communication
- Experience in designing low-power high volume consumer products
- Experience in prototyping characterizing and debugging mixed-signal hardware
- Experience with scripting languages such as Matlab and Python
- Experience with circuit simulation tools
- MS or Ph.D EE or equivalent
