Director, Clinical Product

About the Role:

Hello Heart is seeking aDirector Clinical Product to lead the next generation of clinically driven innovation across our platform. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical rigor user experience and business value.

Reporting into our Senior Vice President of Product you will define and execute the strategy for our clinical product portfolio focusing on driving measurable health outcomes and ROI through scalable evidence-based digital solutions. Youll manage build and guide a team of Product Managers and Analysts translating clinical insight and data into engaging experiences that strengthen Hello Hearts leadership in cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities:
Define and own the product strategy for Hello Hearts clinical portfolio ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and business value
Lead the discovery design and delivery of new capabilities that expand the reach and impact of our platform
Manage mentor and develop a team of 46 Product Managers and Analysts fostering a culture of ownership clarity and continuous learning
Partner closely with Clinical Engineering Data and Commercial leaders to bring innovations to market efficiently and effectively
Build clear business cases and success metrics that align teams around clinical product and commercial priorities
Serve as a key voice in executive and cross-functional discussions translating complex concepts into clear actionable communication
Champion a bias for action and outcome-driven execution balancing strategic vision with operational excellence

Qualifications:
10 years of product management experience including 5 years leading teams in digital health virtual care or healthcare technology
Proven success building and launching products that improve health outcomes and demonstrate ROI
Deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem including payer provider and employer dynamics
Experience leading both B2C and B2B2C products with strong engagement and retention metrics
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to influence and inspire across technical and non-technical audiences
Track record of developing and coaching high-performing product teams in strategic thinking and execution
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable results
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a 01 builder mindset

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $220000 to $250000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
