Job Summary
About the Role
As a Mower Operator you will be responsible for undertaking routine maintenance works in Council controlled parks reserves and selected roadsides.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
- Ability to operate front deck mowersor Zero Turn Mowers and Push Mowers and brush cutters
- Perform routine prestart checks on your daily equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Complete horticultural tasks as required based our contract
- Follow and practice safety protocols and procedures

About You
- Experience in Horticulture lawn care and maintenance. Qualifications preferred.
- Knowledge or herbicide applications and techniques
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat cold rain and the sun
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Ride on Mower experience of Council Controlled sites will be highly regarded
- Current White Card and Working with Children check or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
