Job Summary
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist
Location: Edison NJ
Duration: 12 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: 12-Hour Days
Total Weekly Gross: $1839.96
Hourly Rate: $51.11
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team for a 12-week assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures ensuring patient safety and supporting physicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic X-ray images.
Prepare and position patients properly to ensure optimal image quality.
Follow all radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure risks.
Maintain and calibrate radiologic equipment as needed.
Accurately document procedures and maintain patient imaging records.
Assist in administrative and clerical duties related to imaging services.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients families and healthcare team members.
Qualifications:
Valid Radiologic Technologist license in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain).
ARRT certification required.
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in radiologic imaging.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
