Deputy Nursery Manager Level 3 Early Years 40 Hours per Week

What Were Looking For
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education / Childcare.
- Previous experience in a Deputy Manager Room Leader or senior practitioner role within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
- Excellent communication organisation and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting child development.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring smooth operations and outstanding care.
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver engaging high-quality learning experiences for every child.
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding health and safety across the nursery environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers providing regular updates and ensuring their confidence in the care we deliver.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement across all rooms.
- Step up as Acting Manager when required demonstrating strong leadership and initiative.
