Deputy Nursery Manager Level 3 Early Years 40 Hours per Week

What Were Looking For

Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education / Childcare.
Previous experience in a Deputy Manager Room Leader or senior practitioner role within an early years setting.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
Excellent communication organisation and leadership skills.
A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting child development.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery ensuring smooth operations and outstanding care.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver engaging high-quality learning experiences for every child.
Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding health and safety across the nursery environment.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers providing regular updates and ensuring their confidence in the care we deliver.
Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement across all rooms.
Step up as Acting Manager when required demonstrating strong leadership and initiative.
