Your Role
- Provide end-to-end support on loan applications from documentation prep and lender follow-ups to post-settlement care.
- Liaise with clients brokers lenders and internal teams to keep everything on track.
- Maintain compliance system accuracy and up-to-date client records.
- Contribute to improving processes and delivering an exceptional client experience.
About You
- Prior experience in lending admin financial services or client services is highly valued.
- Experience using AFG systems and tools is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with a can-do attitude.
- Thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (CRM document portals lender platforms).
