For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- At least 7 years of experience leading and mentoring AI and Software engineering Teams
- Professional experience building and defining applications and POCs
- Previous experience with integrating AI into existing systems
- Strong Knowledge and experience with AI models frameworks and Deployment strategies
- Experience designing scalable and secure AI architecture
- Professional experience managing the entire lifecycle of a project
- Hands on experience in coding and software integrations
- Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)
- Available for a remote work model based in Portugal
