Your Role
Lead the strategy planning and execution of events and campaigns that connect our brand with clients and prospects. Manage trade shows webinars and conferences from concept to completion. Create and repurpose content that builds momentum before during and after every event. Measure success and share results with clarity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing events webinars or conferences.
  • Proven experience managing B2B or higher education conferences trade shows and virtual events.
  • Ability to plan promote and execute event campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience coordinating pre- during- and post-event marketing campaigns including email social and paid ads.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience working with sales teams to drive booth traffic demos and qualified leads.
  • Skilled in vendor management (AV venues exhibit houses event logistics etc.).
  • Comfortable analyzing data and presenting results to leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Work a in-office hybrid schedule in Jacksonville Florida

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with higher education HR tech or SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity best practices for events.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for conferences and client events.
  • Experience with HubSpot ClickDimensions or similar marketing automation tools.
