Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Ambulatory Carefor an exciting job in Syracuse NY.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and high-quality nursing care in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
Conduct thorough patient assessments and implement personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EPIC experience preferred)
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies
Adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting with minimal supervision

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
Current BLS certification (or eligible for immediate recertification)
Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the past 2 years in a facility of similar size and scope
Experience in a Level I Trauma Hospital strongly preferred

Preferred Experience

Ambulatory or Urgent Care experience
Pediatric nursing background
Prior exposure to Level I Trauma Center environments
