Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time LPN or Certified Hemodialysis Tech for our Outpatient Renal Dialysis in Tomah WI. Be a part of a great team that provides quality care to patients with chronic dialysis needs.

What you will do:

0.75FTE 60 hours/every two weeks
12-hour shifts Monday/Wednesday/Friday holiday rotation
Prepare the dialysis machine collect and document patient treatment data initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments and provide excellent patient care.

What you will get:

Hourly wage starts at $22.94/hour for LPNs and & 18.63 for Certified Hemodialysis Techs- both positions will offer more for experience.

What you need:

LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin or Certified Hemodialysis Tech role: High School diploma or equivalency 6 months pt care experience and obtain Certified Hemodialysis tech certification within 18 months of hire
