- If you are passionate about top technologies as Oracle Database/Exadata/Cloud Computing/AI-ML this is the ideal role youve been waiting for. As a member of the Customer Success Services (CSS) organization your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves managing and supporting customer environments in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and provide expert assistance to ensure the optimal performance availability and security of customer environments. You will be part of a learning program that will skill you to be in a specialist level to resolving technical issues performing system monitoring and collaborating with internal teams to implement best practices. You will also engage with customers to understand their needs provide training and deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction. As a primary point of contact for customers you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
- Reactive support includes helping the customers resolve their critical production issues in the quickest possible way and identify the root cause. Proactive support includes performing technical assessments of customer environments applied research advice on product features and usage providing knowledge transfer sessions help implement new features and options etc.
About You
- Bachelors degree in the graduating class of 2024 or 2025.
- Degree in Computer Science (Science Technology Engineering and Math) or equivalent.
- Current students must complete study requirements prior to starting with Oracle.
- Excellent English communication (verbal written and presentation).
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Relocation to MDC Guadalajara one of the best facilities to incubate your potential.
- You should be passionate about technology and customer service.
- You must be curious and must enjoy troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
- Strong motivation to progress with a career in the IT industry within a consulting role.
- Great problem-solving skills and the ability to abstract functional requirements and strong communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts.
- Analytical thinker who wants to work in a team environment and develop and grow their skills.
