About the Role:
Were seeking a compassionate and dedicatedIntermediate Instructional Teacherto lead aself-contained classroomserving students with diverse learning needs. This class includes learners with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) specific learning disabilities functional needs and communication challenges.
The ideal candidate will create asupportive inclusive and structured learning environmentthat fosters both academic progress and social-emotional growth. Collaboration flexibility and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with student IEP goals
Support social-emotional and behavioral growth using evidence-based strategies
Collaborate with paraprofessionals therapists and general education staff
Maintain organized data and documentation to track student progress
