Job Summary
Litigation AssociateAttorney Dallas TX (Hybrid)
A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join its Business Litigation team in Dallas. This role offers the opportunity to work with a national and international client base across a wide range of industries and complex commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all phases of commercial civil and business litigation.
Handle matters involving breach of contract business torts class actions trade secrets and antitrust litigation.
Manage discovery and e-discovery processes including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
Participate in depositions hearings and oral arguments.
Collaborate with cross-office teams on multi-district and multi-forum matters.
Qualifications:
36 years of litigation experience in an AmLaw or sophisticated mid-size firm setting.
Strong understanding of litigation procedure and e-discovery.
Deposition hearing or oral argument experience is a plus.
Excellent academic credentials and superior writing analytical and organizational skills.
Active member of the Texas Bar.
