Greater Maryland Oral Surgery is looking for a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator in GaithersburgMarylandto assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.
Position Overview:
As a Treatment Plan Coordinator you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey educating them on their options and ensuring a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care detail-oriented and skilled in administrative support.
What we offer:
- Competitive hourly pay min$18-max$22
- Part time: 20-30 hours per week. Flexible days within M-F 8am-4pm

Responsibilities
- Educate consult and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting and dental software
- Dental insurance knowledge is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with various dental insurance plans couples with strong communication skills.
