What Youll Do

Lead & Mentor: Grow and guide a high-performing engineering team built on collaboration curiosity and excellence.
Plan & Execute: Define technical roadmaps manage product backlogs and deliver scalable features.
Architect & Build: Drive the evolution of HomeBinder and new consumer platforms using Elixir Phoenix and PostgreSQL.
Develop Hands-On: Contribute to the codebase conduct reviews and champion best practices.
Modernize & Scale: Modernize legacy systems optimize performance on AWS and ensure clean maintainable code.
Collaborate: Partner with product design and stakeholders to turn ideas into elegant real-world solutions.

Who You Are

A proven engineering leader (5 years full-stack 2 in leadership) whos shipped complex products and thrives in growth environments.

Skilled with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Experienced in Git workflows testing and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
Excellent communicator and systems thinker with strong organizational instincts

Bonus Points

Elixir / Phoenix / Ash Framework
Retool & JavaScript
Ruby on Rails
Figma or design system experience
Proptech or data-heavy product experience
Open-source contributions
