Job Summary
Title:Laboratory Sales Representative - Toxicology
Territory: Columbus Dayton and Cincinnati OH Shift:
Day Shift: (MondayFriday)
Compensation: Base Salary: $55000-$80000 with as strongperformance-based bonuses and commission potentialthat can bring total on-target earnings at or above$150000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Toxicology Laboratory Sales Representative to join our growing this role you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship-building account management and new client acquisition across the Columbus Dayton and Cincinnati markets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of clinical or toxicology laboratory testing services proven sales success and a passion for developing long-term partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the companys client base within assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians clinics treatment centers hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
Present and promote the companys toxicology testing services and capabilities to prospective and existing clients.
Collaborate with laboratory and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimal service delivery.
Identify market trends competitive activities and business opportunities to drive growth.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through a combination of new account acquisition and existing client retention.
Provide regular reports forecasts and territory updates to management.
Represent the company at trade shows conferences and industry networking events as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Life Sciences or related field preferred.
Minimum of 23 years of successful sales experience in clinical diagnostic or toxicology laboratory services.
Strong understanding of medical terminology laboratory testing and healthcare compliance.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a territory and achieve measurable sales goals.
Self-motivated organized and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
