This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether theyre asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a disciplined proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our organizations administrative and operational needs. This remote position is ideal for veterans transitioning service members or military spouses who excel in multitasking communication and structured execution of tasks.
As a Virtual Assistant you will provide professional administrative technical and operational support to executives managers or departments from your remote location. The ideal candidate will bring the militarys trademark attention to detail accountability and adaptability to deliver consistent reliable results in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
Manage emails calendars and appointments with precision and confidentiality.
Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and take detailed meeting notes.
Handle document creation editing and formatting in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Maintain accurate and organized digital filing systems.
Manage and track office supplies and vendor relationships (virtually).
2. Communication Management
Act as a point of contact between internal teams clients and external stakeholders.
Draft proofread and send professional emails and correspondence.
Provide customer service support through email chat or phone as needed.
Manage communication platforms such as Slack Teams or Zoom.
3. Data Entry & Reporting
Accurately input verify and maintain data in company systems or CRMs.
Prepare analyze and distribute reports spreadsheets and project updates.
Assist in tracking KPIs project metrics and performance outcomes.
4. Project & Task Coordination
Support project planning by maintaining task lists updating timelines and tracking deliverables.
Coordinate with team members to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Manage special projects with minimal supervision demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
5. Social Media & Marketing Assistance (if applicable)
Schedule and manage content posts across social media platforms.
Assist in basic graphic design or content creation using tools like Canva.
Monitor engagement and provide weekly updates on marketing metrics.
6. Financial & Logistical Support (if assigned)
Assist with expense reporting invoice tracking and budget monitoring.
Coordinate virtual or physical events training sessions or webinars.
Support logistics for company projects training or product distribution when needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 12 years in administrative operational or virtual support roles. Military experience or a background in structured environments is highly valued.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with project management tools (Asana Trello ClickUp or ).
Comfortable using CRM software scheduling tools and communication platforms (Slack Zoom Teams).
Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
Confidentiality: Commitment to protecting sensitive company and client information.
Preferred SkillsPrior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Background in logistics operations or administrative work (military or civilian).
