Your responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales calls in German;
Deliver outstanding customer experiences building trust and confidence;
Understand client needs diagnose IT issues remotely and propose tailored solutions;
Present and close subscription-based services;
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What we expect from you:

Fluency in German;
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (tech or call center background is a plus);
Strong communication negotiation and closing skills;
Motivation adaptability and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment;
Availability to work full-time from our Sofia office.
