KFORCE URGENT REQUIREMENT	Looking for candidates regarding the following:
POSITION	Business Analyst- Change Management
LOCATION	Boston MA-hybrid-must be local
DURATION	6 months
INTERVIEW TYPE	Video
VISA TYPE	Any
REQUIRED SKILLS	PMP IIBA or Prosci Change Management certification preferred Salesforce System Administrator certification highly desirable 5 years of experience in business analysis IT service delivery or system implementation with strong knowledge of analysis and design standards Proven experience in change management and increasing user adoption of new systems Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows reports dashboards and admin configuration is highly desirable Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus Skilled in Jira or similar agile project tools including ticket

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience * PMP IIBA or Prosci Change Management certification preferred * Salesforce System Administrator certification highly desirable * 5 years of experience in business analysis IT service delivery or system implementation with strong knowledge of analysis and design standards * Proven experience in change management and increasing user adoption of new systems * Working knowledge of Salesforce workflows reports dashboards and admin configuration is highly desirable * Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus * Skilled in Jira or similar agile project tools including ticket creation and reporting * Strong facilitation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders * Track record of delivering clear high-quality requirements that support scalable maintainable solutions * Proficient in Microsoft Excel Visio and Teams * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while leading project teams * Highly analytical and self-motivated with the ability to identify issues document findings and recommend solutions
