Job Summary

Title: Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-Term Contract / Full-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to support our Record-to-Report (R2R) value stream. This role emphasizes functional ownership across core ERP modules while maintaining a solid understanding of solution architecture data integration and system scalability. The consultant will collaborate with business process owners IT and vendor teams to ensure Oracle ERP solutions deliver measurable business value while maintaining compliance and stability.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

Act as the primary liaison between Finance Accounting and IT to enhance and stabilize Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities.
Manage incident resolution change requests and new enhancement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Drive user adoption by enabling self-service capabilities and training internal teams on ERP best practices.
Oversee release readiness UAT planning deployment activities and communications for updates and system changes.

Solution Architecture & System Optimization

Assess the impact of new configurations customizations or integrations within Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as GL AP AR FA and CM.
Collaborate with enterprise architects to align ERP design with long-term scalability and cloud governance standards.
Develop and maintain data models reporting solutions and integration mappings to improve visibility and efficiency.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to design sustainable future-ready ERP solutions.

Governance & Collaboration

Participate in roadmap planning system upgrades and platform health reviews.
Ensure adherence to compliance audit and cybersecurity standards across all ERP operations.
Document and communicate system decisions process flows and design frameworks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials GL AP AR FA CM).
Strong functional understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Technical exposure to FBDI OTBI BIP and OIC integrations preferred.
Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional fast-paced environment.
