Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Emergency Room RN to join our team. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker skilled decision-maker and adaptable multitasker capable of handling a wide range of patient cases-from minor injuries to critically ill patients. You will collaborate with a supportive team to provide excellent patient-focused care in a fast-paced emergency department environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage assess and provide care for patients of all ages.
Develop individualized patient care plans identifying expected outcomes.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing patient needs.
Provide follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals.
Coordinate with physicians and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain a patient-focused safety-conscious approach at all times.

Required- Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ED ICU PCU; paramedic experience is a plus).
Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license. Compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): within 90 days of employment.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS): within 30 days of employment.
Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC): within 6 months of employment.
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention: within 6 months of employment.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS): within 90 days of employment.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or TNCC Instructor certification: within 6 months of employment.
