Responsibilities:

• Provide general ophthalmology care with a focus on cataract surgery

• Maintain a balanced schedule: approximately 80% clinic and 20% operating room

• Participate in flexible scheduling options including one day off every other week

• Work with advanced technology and experienced support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary: $385000 increasing annually up to $480000

• Total bonus incentives near $500000: $220000 sign-on bonus and up to $250000 for housing assistance

• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology

• Eligible for California medical license

• Strong interest in long-term collaborative practice
