Job Summary
Job Summary for SAP Datasphere (BTP Cloud Platform) Consultant
- Participate in at least one project implementing SAP Datasphere (Datawarehouse Cloud).
- Drive architecture discussions with business stakeholders and develop tailored solutions.
- Assess and implement solutions to expose SAP Datasphere data to 3rd party systems.
- Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Design and implement inbound data integration strategies for SAP Datasphere.
- Utilize knowledge of replication import and live connections for data integration.
- Design logical data models and support end-to-end data flow modeling.
- Manage content migration between development and production tenants.
- Ensure data security and privacy (object-level row-level security data masking).
- Apply understanding of cloud architecture guiding principles.
- Perform platform-related activities for Datasphere and SAC.
- Stay updated on new functionalities features and patches for Datasphere.
- (Nice to Have) Hold relevant Data Warehouse/SAP Cloud certifications.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of project processes collaboration and communication.
- Experience with ServiceNow Scrum JIRA or Planner Board tools.
- Assess and improve current processes using latest technology solutions.
- Conduct solution demonstrations POC workshops and prepare effort estimates.
- Lead projects and contribute to organizational initiatives for high-quality solutions.
- Work in an international agile team with SAP Business Analytics experts and end-users.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts users and support teams.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving analytical and consulting skills.
- Communicate effectively at all business levels.
- Be a self-starter with a strong team orientation able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
