They are committed to helping their C.O.R.E. partners including mechanical contractors equipment owners manufacturer reps and engineering firms succeed by implementing their FOCESS engineering approach. This includes understanding application specifications business objectives and process challenges alongside concept engineering system testing and 24/7 service coverage.

They provide solutions for markets such as chemical processing pharmaceutical processing food processing ice rinks and more - offering unique applications of low and ultra-low temperature chillers high tonnage capacity systems and natural refrigerants.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Refrigeration Service Technician in Cleveland OH.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems
Troubleshooting system issues
Providing field service support
Working with engineers to test new chillers and heat-transfer systems in the shop
Starting up systems in the field
Communicating with customers to ensure efficient and effective system operation

Qualifications

Experience in maintenance & repair of refrigeration systems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Field service experience
Excellent customer service skills
General maintenance abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical certification or vocational training in refrigeration technology is a plus
Valid drivers license
Willing to complete background check & drug test

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay based on experience: $40 $48/hr
