Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable high-performance backend systems using modern frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot Microservices Cassandra Kafka and cloud-based CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement and manage microservices architecture for distributed systems.
Integrate backend systems with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
Implement caching strategies and performance improvements using Redis.
Apply CI/CD practices leveraging tools such as Jenkins Docker and Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of business solutions.
Perform system analysis design for performance optimization and performance tuning.
Monitor troubleshoot and maintain system performance using ELK Dynatrace and GitHub.
Contribute to code reviews technical documentation and best practice guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

7 years of experience in Java backend development.
Proficiency in Spring Boot Microservices Cassandra and Kafka.
Hands-on experience with RESTful Web Services (Spring Boot Jersey).
Strong understanding of NoSQL databases (Cassandra) and Redis for caching.
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Azure Cloud and containerization tools.
Experience with Jenkins Docker Kubernetes ELK Dynatrace and GitHub.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to performance optimization.
