This position is for an Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist. The therapist will provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting working 40 hours per week across four 10-hour day shifts. The role includes some weekend requirements approximately two weekend days per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans to improve patients functional abilities.
- Document patient progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- BLS certification
- NBOCT certification
- AK Occupational Therapy License
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Experience with Per UD (unspecified documentation system)
- Short Term Acute Care Experience

Special Considerations:
- Some weekend work is required approximately 2 weekend days per month.
- The position is in an Inpatient Rehabilitation LTACH/ICU setting.

- 4x10 Days (40Hrs)
- Schedule Options: Sun/Mon/Thurs/Fri or Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri
- Some Weekends Required - Approximately 2 weekend days per month
- Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
