Job Summary:
This position is for an Outpatient Pediatric Physical Therapist. The therapist will provide care to a primarily infant and pediatric population working 5 days a week for 8-hour shifts. The schedule will fall between 0730 and 1800 Monday through Friday with specific hours from 9:30 to 18:00.

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to pediatric and infant patients.
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license in California.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with pediatric and infant populations.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in an outpatient pediatric setting.
Special Considerations:
- All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application and are subject to approval based on facility needs.
- The facility is allowed to call off one shift per two weeks.
Scheduling:
- 5x8 hour shifts Monday through Friday.
- Shifts are scheduled between 0730 and 1800 with specific hours from 9:30 to 18:00.
