Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in Occupational Health provides skilled nursing care within an occupational health setting. This role involves patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires flexibility in work hours based on seasonal needs and may include travel to satellite clinics.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in an occupational health setting.
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in Cerner.
- Adapt to seasonally adjusted work hours.
- Travel to satellite clinics as required.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Not specified.
Special Considerations:
- Mandatory float facility; all resources are required to float at the facilitys discretion.
- Seasonally requires flexible hours (June 7a-4p; 10/1/25-12/1/25 6a-4p).
- Must live within 75 miles of the facility (locals only).
- No RTO the day prior or after a holiday.
- No RTO on weekends.
Scheduling:
- 5x8s 8a-4:30p Monday - Friday.
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
