Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our hospital-based care team. The ideal candidate will provide inpatient dialysis therapies including hemodialysis peritoneal dialysis CRRT and apheresis while collaborating with hospital teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Responsibilities:

Deliver inpatient dialysis treatments such as hemodialysis peritoneal dialysis CRRT and apheresis.

Collaborate with hospital teams physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care.

Monitor patient status and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) during dialysis sessions.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Quickly adapt to changing patient conditions and unit needs.
Primary Skills:
-
Inpatient dialysis experience (required).
-
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple patients in a hospital environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
-
Experience in ICU CCU ER or Med/Surg units.

CNN or CDN certification.
-
Adaptability to rotating schedules and multiple hospital settings.
Qualifications:
-
Current RN license in the state of practice.

ADN required; BSN preferred.
-
Prior dialysis experience (mandatory).

CNN/CDN certification preferred.

Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).
