Job Summary

Key Requirements:

Position: Nurse Preceptor
Minimum 5 years of PICU experience
May precept up to 2 nurses at a time
During orientation RNs will be assigned to this Preceptor
Responsibilities include:
- Teaching clinical concepts to new RNs
- Providing guidance and oaversight to prevent errors on the floor
- Reporting directly to the onsite Nurse Educator
