Job Summary

A top 10 global tool manufacturer experiencing tremendous growth is seeking a recent graduate or early-career IT professional (1 2 years experience) to join our team. This role provides first-level technical support via phone email and deskside assistance to internal teams including Customer Service and Finance (approximately 60 users onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues and user inquiries.
  • Support O365 Teams and mobile devices.
  • Assist with laptop rollouts inventory management and documentation of support processes.
  • Follow established SOPs and maintain detailed service records.
