This role provides first-level technical support via phone email and deskside assistance to internal teams including Customer Service and Finance (approximately 60 users onsite).
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues and user inquiries.
- Support O365 Teams and mobile devices.
- Assist with laptop rollouts inventory management and documentation of support processes.
- Follow established SOPs and maintain detailed service records.
