Seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in data analysis systems integration business process analysis and stakeholder management.

1. Data and amp; Systems Analysis and nbsp;

Lead the elicitation analysis and documentation of data and system requirements. and nbsp;
Develop core data analysis artifacts including: and nbsp;
Data Requirements Documents (DRD) and nbsp;
System Requirements Documents (SRD) and nbsp;
Data Models (ERD UML Data Flow Diagrams etc.) and nbsp;
Use Cases and amp; User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. and nbsp;
Analyze business challenges and recommend strategic technology solutions. and nbsp;
Data analysis and mapping and nbsp;
Extract data from databases via querying languages such as SQL and LINQ and nbsp;

and nbsp; and nbsp;

2. Business and amp; Requirements Analysis and nbsp;

Lead the elicitation analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements. and nbsp;
Develop core business analysis artifacts including: and nbsp;
Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and nbsp;
Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) and nbsp;
Process Models (BPMN UML Data Flow Diagrams Swimlane Diagrams etc.) and nbsp;
Use Cases and amp; User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. and nbsp;
Analyze business challenges and recommend strategic technology solutions. and nbsp;

3. Stakeholder Engagement and amp; Communication and nbsp;

Act as the bridge between business units IT teams and external vendors. and nbsp;
Facilitate requirements workshops Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and stakeholder interviews. and nbsp;
Collaborate with Product Owners Project Managers Developers and QA teams to ensure clarity in requirements. and nbsp;
Present findings reports and recommendations to executive leadership and senior stakeholders. and nbsp;

4. Systems Optimization and amp; Digital Transformation and nbsp;

Conduct systems analysis and optimization to improve business efficiency. and nbsp;
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation. and nbsp;
Lead systems re-engineering initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals. and nbsp;
Support implementation of data-driven decision-making strategies using analytics. and nbsp;

5. Agile and amp; Project Support and nbsp;

Work within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project environments applying appropriate data analysis and business analysis techniques. and nbsp;
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement prioritization and roadmap planning. and nbsp;
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that data and business requirements are properly translated into technical specifications. and nbsp;

6. Business Readiness and amp; Change Management (Support Role Only) and nbsp;

Ensure that business stakeholders are prepared for new processes systems or automation initiatives. and nbsp;
Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to align business expectations and minimize resistance to change. and nbsp;
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to support smooth transitions and long-term sustainability. and nbsp;
