Job Description:

Here at DXC we continue to grow our SAP practice. We are seeking an SAP HCM Compensation Management Lead to design and deliver compensation processes within SAP HCM. This role focuses on annual salary reviews merit increases bonus management and long-term incentives ensuring compliance with corporate reward policies and seamless integration with Payroll and Finance.

Due to the nature of our client accounts Security Clearance is required and for us to obtain this for you you must be a British National and have resided and worked in the UK continuously for the last 5 years. Unfortunately we are unable to consider dual nationals currently.

About the role

You will partner with HR Reward Finance and senior business stakeholders to deliver annual and ad-hoc compensation cycles. The role involves configuring SAP Compensation Management establishing workflows and approvals and ensuring accurate calculation budgeting and payment of compensation. You will play a key part in enabling fair auditable and compliant reward processes within a secure HCM landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure SAP HCM Compensation Management (salary planning merit pay bonuses LTIs).

  • Enable end-to-end compensation cycles including approvals budgeting and payouts.

  • Design and configure workflows for compensation reviews and approvals.

  • Integrate compensation outputs with Payroll and Finance for accurate execution.

  • Provide reporting on budgets vs. actuals reward trends and compliance.

  • Support testing cycles cutover rehearsals and data migration of compensation records.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in SAP HCM Compensation Management.

  • Knowledge of pay structures salary grades job families and collective agreements.

  • Familiarity with integration to Payroll (SAP PY / H4S4) and Personnel Administration.

  • Understanding of reward compliance audit trails and reporting needs.

Tools & Methodologies

  • SAP HCM Compensation Management SAP Payroll (on-premise / H4S4).

  • Workflow & structural authorisations.

  • SAP Activate / ASAP.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR Business or Finance.

  • SAP HCM Compensation certification desirable.

Stakeholder & Soft Skills

  • Strong collaboration with HR Reward and Finance teams.

  • Detail-oriented compliance-driven with strong analytical ability.

  • Effective communicator able to guide HR and line managers through reward cycles.
