About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated HCC Coders to join our onshore coding team. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced professionals who want to contribute to high-quality coding initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate HCC codes.
- Ensure compliance with CMS and Medicare Risk Adjustment coding standards.
- Collaborate with QA and audit teams to maintain coding quality.
- Stay updated with ICD-10-CM guidelines and payer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers & experienced coders welcome.
- Active CPC CCS or CRC certification.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and medical terminology.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment / HCC coding (preferred not mandatory).
- Exceptional attention to detail and coding accuracy.
