This experienced Senior Experience Designer will collaborate closely with fellow designers stakeholders product managers and engineering teams to strategize design and develop digital products within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong user empathy creative problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly justify design decisions. Extensive expertise across multiple design disciplines and up-to-date knowledge of current interaction and design standards are essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deliver comprehensive digital experiences.
- Champion user needs while partnering with product managers to address complex challenges strategically.
- Produce user flows sketches wireframes prototypes and other design deliverables to effectively communicate end-to-end user experiences.
- Lead user-centered iterative and collaborative design processes emphasizing rapid prototyping user research continuous enhancement and deployment.
- Contribute to consistent visual and interaction design across various flows and channels.
- Understand and align UX efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Collaborate with UX research teams to plan user testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Work alongside product teams to assess and prioritize features balancing business objectives with user needs.
- Facilitate and participate in design workshops both in-person and virtual to foster discovery and deepen understanding of user requirements.
- Present UX/UI designs confidently to stakeholders users and development teams in both formal and informal settings.
- Clearly articulate how design solutions meet user needs business goals technical constraints and project requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience preferably within the B2C sector.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A comprehensive online portfolio showcasing recent projects with case studies that detail the full user-centered design process.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Abstract and InVision.
- Prior experience with e-commerce applications and websites.
- Advanced understanding of responsive design principles and related development methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the integration of UX within agile/scrum frameworks.
- Experience in organizing or contributing to design workshops.
- Strong communication skills including written verbal and presentation abilities.
- A deep and ongoing curiosity about people technology design and innovation.
