Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant PTA - Full Time

Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients in the comfort of their own homes We are seeking a full-time Home Health PTA to join our team in Brenham where youll assist in improving patients mobility and enhancing their quality of life through personalized care.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement care plans to improve patients physical abilities following the guidance of a Physical Therapist.
  • Conduct follow-up visits and administer manual and non-manual therapeutic exercises.
  • Assist patients in using assistive devices such as crutches canes and prosthetics.
  • Instruct patients on wellness and health maintenance promoting an understanding of therapeutic regimens.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and professional standards.
  • Travel to patients homes as needed driving is required for this position.
