Job Summary
Job Title: Full-Stack Architect (React/ )

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect with deep full-stack expertise (React/ PostgreSQL TypeScript Prisma) and proven experience in architectural design solutioning and strategic leadership.
You will own platform architecture guide development teams define technical standards and ensure scalability performance and security. This role also involves engaging with internal stakeholders and enterprise clients to align technology with business goals influence decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Architecture design and implementation of full-stack platforms ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams enforcing best practices and high-quality coding standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Drive system integrations with third-party APIs enterprise services and internal data systems.

Define and enforce coding standards CI/CD pipelines and security best practices.

Influence technical strategy and roadmap for platform development.

Ensure solutions are extensible modular and future-proof.
Must-Have Technical Skills

Frontend: React TypeScript Tailwind CSS.

Backend: tRPC/GraphQL/REST Prisma ORM.

Database: PostgreSQL (schema design optimization and performance tuning).

Architecture & Integration: Experience designing enterprise-grade full-stack applications microservices and APIs.

Cloud & DevOps: CI/CD Docker/Kubernetes cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Leadership: Mentorship technical guidance and solution influence for teams and clients.
Required Qualifications

8 years of software development experience with at least 35 years in an architect or senior technical leadership role.

Proven track record of full-stack development platform architecture and enterprise solution delivery.

Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Based in Hyderabad with flexibility for evening calls with leadership/clients.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS data-heavy platforms or microservices.

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) or TOGAF.

Familiarity with data visualization and reporting frameworks.
