Requirements:-

Taleo Configuration & Customization: Hands-on experience in setting up configuring and customizing Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules to align with organizational requirements.
Recruitment Workflows & Best Practices: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes hiring workflows candidate lifecycle management and compliance requirements.
Integration & Data Management: Expertise in Taleo Connect Client (TCC) web services and APIs for seamless integrations with HR systems ERP and third-party applications.
Reporting & Analytics: Proficient in Taleo reporting tools data extraction and creating dashboards/metrics to support talent acquisition insights and decision-making.
