How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Las funciones concretas son:

Asesoramiento en materia de derecho laboral y seguridad social
Derecho sindical negociacion colectiva y representación de los/las trabajadores/as
Preparación de documentación del área laboral
Actualización ficheros y KPIs del departamento
Apoyo ante la representación ante los organismos oficiales
Colaboración y apoyo en preparación de aplicación de regimen disciplinario y código de conducta
Participación en decisiones de reducción y reestructuracion de plantilla (despidos jubilaciones etc.)
